Walter Beach is a Partner and Managing Director with over 28 years of experience in project management, financials and regulatory compliance. He has performed and managed numerous Phase I & II projects and has served as the project manager on several large projects on behalf of HLENV. He has a background in computer engineering and database development and has built e-tools for clients to manage occupational health and safety data and build reports to better communicate health and safety program compliance to management teams.
Cheri brings over 30 years of experience managing soil and groundwater investigations and remediation. Her experience in preparing environmental impact reports/statements (EIR/EIS) sections for geology and hazards/hazardous materials and years of experience in conducting and supporting geotechnical studies provides depth and breadth to her expertise. She also has over 20 years of experience conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs).
Cathy Neumann is a Senior Environmental Specialist with over 9 years of experience in providing comprehensive environmental due diligence for all phases of commercial and residential real estate transactions. Perform Phase I All Appropriate Inquiries (AAIs), Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Records Search with Risk Assessments (RSRAs), Desktop Reviews (DTRs), Preliminary Environmental Assessments (PEAs) including all facets of analysis, interviews and site inspections.
Tina is a State of California Professional Geologist and Certified Hydrogeologist and has over 30 years of experience managing hazardous waste site investigations and remediation. She specializes in the development of Conceptual Site Models, peer review, and scientific illustration. Her experience also includes conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for due diligence purposes.
