Patricia Beach is the Managing Partner and Principal Consultant bringing over 25 years of experience in environmental and occupational toxicology, industrial hygiene and occupational health and safety. She has worked as an environmental consultant serving clients across business sectors to manage environmental assessment and cleanup, chemical exposure assessments, toxicity evaluations, Safety Data Sheet development and facility and compliance audits while guiding clients to the appropriate outcome based on sound science and regulatory interpretation. She has helped to establish numerous health and safety programs from inception through implementation and maintenance. Having been on the inside of challenging high-tech industry, she understands the issues, challenges and strategies to effectively implement EH&S into business goals to add value to an organization.
Colleen Thornton is a Principal Consultant with over 15 years of experience in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and environmental protection. Colleen has been an occupational and environmental health and safety (OEHS) professional with experience working in multiple private industries such as biopharmaceutical / biotechnology, healthcare, semiconductor / electronics / printed circuit board manufacturing, medical devices, and digital medicine. Specific expertise includes occupational exposure surveys and risk assessments, health and safety program development and implementation, facility safety and compliance audits, Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) program compliance, and pharmaceutical / novel potent compound safety.
Michael Cooper brings 12 years of experience in EH&S Program development for government agencies, business & industry. He has performed industrial hygiene monitoring for a wide range of clients, performing environmental sampling for air, industrial noise & employee exposure. Mike is skilled in on-site inspections and audits, and conducting client training.
Cindy Kurtz serves as a Principal Consultant with over 25 years of professional experience in industrial
hygiene and safety, health and safety training and ergonomics, in several different industries. Cindy
has managed and conducted industrial hygiene evaluations and risk assessments and provided
control recommendations for a variety of chemical and physical hazards in the pharmaceutical,
additive manufacturing, and defense/aerospace industries. Throughout her career, she has
developed, managed and implemented customized health and safety programs for pharmaceutical,
biotechnology and electronics firms, as well as managed and conducted health and safety compliance
audits.
Zulma Machillanda-Hahn brings over 18 years of experience, specializing in occupational exposure assessments, including IH monitoring and managing EHS programs in a variety of industries. Her expertise includes occupational exposure surveys and risk assessments, health and safety program development and implementation, EHS compliance audits, and potent pharmaceutical and R&D novel compound safety.
Heather Pearl is a Senior EHS Specialist with over 5 years of experience managing EHS programs and 15 years of experience as a bench scientist and laboratory manager. She specializes in laboratory, vivarium and biological safety practices, including occupational exposure assessments. Her experience includes health and safety program development and implementation, incident investigations, training development, occupational health monitoring programs, working with governmental agencies and inspectors, ergonomic assessments, emergency preparedness planning, permitting and hazardous waste management programs.
Justin Vertongen is a Senior EHS Specialist offering over 8 years of experience in EHS, of which 5 years have been spent consulting. Justin has helped clients identify compliance gaps, develop health and safety programs, tailor employee training, and manage facility permits. With a strong working knowledge of local, state and federal requirements, he can identify risks and areas of non-compliance following a site inspection or audit. He has participated in safety committees and helped drive the safety culture for many of his clients. His specialties range in hazardous materials, hazardous waste, fire safety and emergency response.
Annette Coppock brings experience in industries such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, semiconductor, construction, and research and development. She has worked to assist clients develop EH&S Programs, conduct Respiratory Protection training and fit-testing; assisted with hazardous chemical inventories, and assisted with laboratory inspections for regulatory compliance. She has assisted many clients with the management of opening and decommissioning laboratory facilities, following regulatory requirements.
Gyan Rusconi-Rodrigues is an environmental health and safety specialist with over 5 years of experience in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental due diligence. Gyan recently graduated from the University of Michigan with Master of Public Health in industrial hygiene. He has worked in various private industries such as manufacturing, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and construction
Mr. Vasquez has developed a broad range of EHS and IH experience over a 10-year consulting
career supporting various industries including, construction, hospitality, healthcare, research
labs, commercial residence, manufacturing, public utilities, and educational institutions. He has
helped support a variety of clients assess their environments to anticipate, recognize, evaluate,
and control potential hazards in the workplace. Throughout his career he specialized in
hazardous building material surveys, indoor air quality evaluations, conducting safety trainings,
overseeing respiratory protection programs, and performing occupational exposure
assessments for noise, particulate dust, asbestos, heavy metals, and various hazardous organic
compounds. By supporting diverse stakeholders across diverse industries, Jairus has
developed a strong working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations that allow him to
identify risks and areas of non-compliance. His regulatory knowledge, technical acumen, and
strong communication allow him to serve his clients by improving workplace health and safety.
